I have lived in the Metamora/lower Lapeer County  area almost my entire life. After graduation, an automotive  employment opportunity was available in which I worked my way up from a delivery driver to one of the youngest auto dealership parts manager positions, at the time, 22 years old. Moving forward, considerable health issues were a bump in the road and a bit of a life setback, including 3 different organ transplants, loss of my sight and numerous other items to contend with. However, with plenty of support from friends, colleagues, business associates and above all, my family, my health has somewhat cooperated and I have been working as a Realtor for the last 22+ years in the family real estate business.

I have been fortunate enough to have worked in the past with my sister, Mother and now daily with my Father, Roy, my wife, Anne, and most recently, my son, Nick has joined the R.J. Holden Associates team. So hard work, determination and motivation is and has been part of who I am.
 
I take pride in representing both buyers and sellers in vacant land, residential and a few commercial sales over the years, focusing on attention to detail and communication skills that former, current and other business clients/associates  seem to appreciate. 
 
I have sat on the Board of Directors as a representative for the Lapeer and Upper Thumb Association of Realtors, am on the Metamora Township tax review board, been involved in different community activities, continue to public speak at some of the local schools, clubs and church groups and have done so throughout  the years, I’m a peer mentor for the University of Michigan organ transplant team as well as a husband and proud Father of 2 outstanding children, daughter Payton and son, Nick.
I truly feel I am one of the luckiest men on the Earth.
 
My work ethic is to always try to work hard, listen intently, treat others with respect and to continue “Working with a different Vision”.
 
Myself, wife, kids and the rest of our family, including our cat Zack and our black lab, Hulk..yes..you got it right brother..Hulk Holden, live in Metamora and plan on doing so for years to come. I take pride in my community, my work, our newly renovated real estate office and everything I do.
